The Superior guest rooms can be arranged with one double bed or two twin beds upon request.(Please specify your bedding preference in your reservation)
The Superior Guest Rooms are approximately 15 – 17 square meters (172 – 182 square feet) including bathroom.

The Niles has superb Junior Suites designed in a refined Ottoman style with an artist’s touch and finished with high-quality all-natural materials. Each Junior Suite has mahogany floors (heated from beneath in winter), antique-style light fixtures, Iznik-faience trim, hand-painted Ottoman ceiling borders, and luxurious drapes, sheers and light-blocking curtains on the two windows and two balcony doors.

In addition to Junior Suites’ amenities, the Penthouse Suite is located at the top floor of the hotel, has a balcony and a partial/fractional view of the sea.

Each duplex suite has two floors. One is at ground Level, and the other is below ground. The upper floor has a sitting area (which may also be arranged as a sleeping area for two persons), a work desk, and a kitchenette.
The lower floor, reconstructed by a designer using the building’s original Ottoman-era brickwork, is the master bedroom suite, with king- size bed and glass-enclosed hamam-style Turkish bathroom.
